Homework
Homework is due the day after it is assigned. It must be turned into Mrs. Coleman's Homework Basket before 8:30 am on the due date. Special projects may have an extended due date which will be posted on the assignment sheet. These projects are due by 8:30 am on the posted date. Â Students will receive a deduction of 5 points for every day that a homework assignment is late. Mrs. Coleman will not accept homework after the three days following the due date. For an excused absence, students have two days to complete assignments.

Classroom Procedures
Students need to be to class on time and come prepared. Each student is responsible for his/her own materials. Start each day with a minimum of 3 sharpened pencils. Students will not be permitted to sharpen pencils during class time. Watch for ways to help others, raise your hand to talk or ask questions.
